Most insurances reset on January 1, 2026. Many individuals have not yet met their deductibles; however, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits can help bridge the gap and support continued care. We encourage potential clients to contact their Human Resources department to obtain an authorization number through their Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which can be used for FREE therapy services at our office. Don’t put your mental well-being on hold due to insurance changes—ask us about the additional benefits your EAP may offer and how we can support you during this transition.
